We don't analyse and recommend. We bring the outside world into the room, help the people who must carry the strategy make the choices themselves, then turn what emerges into things that travel without us. Three core principles run through everything.
A structured journey from insight to action: build insight (why change?), define choices (what will we be?), roadmap and enablers (how to get there), then activate and translate (make it travel: leader activation materials, team translation modules, and feedback loops that keep it alive). Once execution starts, a loop rather than a line: experiment, gather feedback, realign, reconnect.
We don't interview typical users. We seek those with the strongest perspectives: loyal advocates who can articulate why, people who switched to competitors, high-volume users handling tough cases, and sceptics who preferred the old way.
We use AI inside our engagements rather than as the subject of them: research workflows, live synthesis dashboards, workshop voting and anonymous input systems, built in-house. Anonymous input reduces the pull of hierarchy; synthesis across qualitative and quantitative evidence surfaces patterns the organisation missed. Judgement stays human.
Strategic direction defined, leaders aligned and committed, an execution-ready roadmap with clear ownership, and a leadership team with the trust to keep working through differences as execution tests the strategy.
Sky, AstraZeneca, Novartis, Sandvik Coromant, Freudenberg and ITAB Group, among others. "Nathan supported us through several major phases of change at ITAB. He helped us clarify our strategic direction, strengthen alignment across the senior team, and work more cohesively as the organisation evolved. A trusted partner I would gladly work with again." Andréas Elgaard, former CEO, ITAB Group.
