We build the tools we use in engagements, so we know the difference between a good demo and a good work practice. Live synthesis, anonymous input, transparent voting and simulation: instruments that make workshops sharper and evidence faster. Used inside facilitated engagements rather than sold as standalone software; built and hosted by Adaptive Edge on our own infrastructure, with client workshop data never used to train models.

• Backcast: Work backwards from the future your leaders choose to the decisions that make it possible. Structured backcasting with anonymous input and live synthesis, used in the ITAB Group Strategy 2030 process and in a global MedTech company's strategy workshops.
• OPEX Game: A board-game-based session that surfaces a team's real attitudes to operational excellence and continuous improvement. Played by hundreds of leaders at a global industrial group's leadership days.
• OKR Sync: AI-supported OKR crafting that keeps strategic alignment visible from top to bottom, and flags where objectives drift from the strategy they are meant to serve.
• Strategy Narrative: Understand the strategic story an organisation currently tells itself, then craft the one it needs. Built to align teams around a shared direction in their own words.
• Portfolio Simulator: Model strategic portfolio decisions with scenario-based analysis, so investment trade-offs are argued from evidence rather than seniority.
• Power Canvas: Map the power dynamics that decide whether change actually happens, and design around them rather than being surprised by them.

Experiments

Not everything we build is ready for a client room. These are working prototypes we use to test an idea, a format or a piece of AI behaviour. They are free to open. Some are rough. All of them taught us something we now use in engagements.

• Systems Explorer: An interactive map of how organisational systems connect and push back. Built to explain systems thinking without a lecture.
• Governance Stress Test: A card game that puts a governance model under crisis and opportunity scenarios. Finds the gaps before the real event does.
• Creative Connector: A training exercise for associative thinking. Scores the semantic distance between two ideas and rewards the longer leap.
• Talent Game: A self-facilitating workshop for capability discovery. Teams run it without a facilitator in the room.
